  1. Machines are visited by our serviceman at least once per week and increase according to demand.
  2. Each visit will include refilling of the vending machines, routine servicing on the machine, recording of meter reading, cash collection and basic cleaning maintenance.
  3. Technical servicing will be carried out by our skilled technician and/or serviceman 

To maintain cleanliness, wipe down surfaces regularly with a mild detergent and soft cloth. Clean the interior at least once a month, checking for expired items and spills. Additionally, ensure that the coin and bill acceptors are free of debris, as this can affect machine functionality.

It’s recommended to conduct maintenance on your vending machine every 3 to 6 months. Regular checks help ensure optimal performance, prevent breakdowns, and extend the machine’s lifespan. This includes cleaning, inspecting components, and restocking products.

  1. We aim to attend to the vending machines within  3 hours from the time we receive the call
  2. If call is received after 4pm, the technician shall attend to the machine within the next working day. We will strive to attend it on the same day if time permits

  4. After normal working hours, phone calls will be diverted to the Technical Supervisor’s mobile phone to ensure feedbacks are attended to.

Yes, we offer a return policy for products that are unused and in their original packaging. You can initiate a return within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service for detailed instructions on the return process.

Yes, installation is included when you purchase a vending machine from us. Our team will handle the delivery and setup at your desired location to ensure everything is functioning perfectly. We aim to provide a seamless experience from purchase to operation, allowing you to start serving your customers without any hassle.

If your vending machine breaks down, contact our customer service team. Provide your machine model and a brief description of the issue. We’ll arrange for a technician to visit and repair the machine as soon as possible.
